New Feature Launched for Handsam Tasks/Helpdesk Module Users

The new feature allows users to create a ‘Helpdesk Issue’ from a ‘Task’ view screen, which then links that Issue to that Task. In other words, if a user cannot complete a task for some reason that they need help with they can launch a Helpdesk issue ticket immediately from the task screen rather than having to go into the Helpdesk module to create it – e.g. if a call point the user tests is broken, they can launch a ticket immediately from the task to get it fixed.

This feature is free and included for organisations which have both Tasks and the Helpdesk modules already and is live for you to benefit from now
