Anti-Bullying Week 2025: Power for Good
The Anti-Bullying Alliance (ABA) are the official organisers of Anti-Bullying Week and Odd Socks Day in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Anti-Bullying Week 2025 will run from Monday 10th to Friday 14th November, under the theme “Power for Good.” The week will begin with Odd Socks Day on Monday 10th November, encouraging both children and adults to wear odd socks to celebrate the uniqueness of everyone.

This Year’s Theme: Power For Good
The theme Power for Good was chosen after consultation with teachers and pupils by the Anti-Bullying Alliance, which coordinates Anti-Bullying Week each year in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Teachers and children expressed a desire for a theme that empowers them to take positive action against the harm and hurt caused by bullying.
Following the success of the 2024 campaign—when over 80% of schools participated, reaching more than 7.5 million children and young people—this year’s focus is on enabling young people to use their Power for Good: to speak out, support others, and create a world where kindness prevails.
Schools can continue to access free teaching resources and themed assemblies, designed to show how students can actively use their Power for Good and prevent bullying. In addition, a media, social media, and community campaign will bring Anti-Bullying Week to life at home, school, and work.
Call to Action
Every year, bullying affects countless young people—and silence allows it to thrive.
This Anti-Bullying Week, we’re empowering young people to use their Power for Good: to safely speak up, raise awareness, and act when they witness bullying, both face-to-face and online.
Creating lasting change requires everyone. From playgrounds to parliament, our homes to our phones—we all have a role to play. Together, we can use our Power for Good to end bullying for good.
